Portaltech Reply, the Reply Group company specialising in providing eCommerce implementation and Multichannel consulting services, was recognised as "Global Service Delivery Partner of the Year", by SAP Hybris, a leading provider of omni-channel commerce software, during the SAP Hybris Summit 2016, in Munich on 15th February 2016.
The prestigious “Global Service Delivery Partner of the Year” was awarded to Portaltech Reply thanks to its skills in handling end to end service management for its customers. Portaltech Reply has been providing service management on digital platforms, which are critical in order to achieve high levels of service availability, a stable platform to do business with, and agility and responsiveness for changing needs.
Portaltech Reply, selected by SAP Hybris to build a specialised omni-channel customer engagement and commerce solution for the travel industry and to develop product features such as the Travel Accelerator, has been accredited as one of the worldwide SAP Hybris leading solution partners. As a result of the excellence of multichannel eCommerce projects developed on SAP Hybris platform, Portaltech Reply holds a Platinum Elite Status and has been named SAP Hybris Global Partner of the Year 2012, 2011 and 2009.
