Aktive Reply, Adobe Enterprise Solutions Partner, participated at the CEM Tour 2011, where Adobe focussed on “Customer Experience Management”.
The event was an important opportunity to share knowledge with renowned speakers and to meet industry experts. Live sessions on existing technological solutions were available, but there were also hints to improve the quality of the offered services and to continue to be competitive.
Reply brought its experience and Filippo Rizzante, Reply Executive Partner, joined the morning Round Table on the theme "How to improve the management of customer experience?”. Besides, Aktive Reply had a booth dedicated to its solutions and offering.
