7 July 2006 Milan Hotel Michelangelo - Via Scarlatti, 33 Atlas Reply organized the Executive Round Table in collaboration with ItSMF Italia, the Italian Forum for the IT Service Management. The event, taking place from 9.30 a.m. to 13.00 p.m. and ending with a cocktail, also saw the involvement of Banca Intesa, important success case in the field of Financial Institutions. During the Executive Round Table were be discussed, together with participants, those aspects concerning Atlas Reply’s methodological approach to improve IT processes according to the ITIL Best Practice and the BS15000/ISO20000 standard.
