HOW WE PROCEED?

• A preliminary diagnosis and on-site onboarding before our intervention.

  • Alignment and validation of the expected deliverables:
    • Are expected deliverables in-line with current situation or,
    • Are process and quality improvements expected ?
  • Performance quarterly debrief sessions with the following possible outcomes:
    • Review of the scope or quality of the expected deliverables
    • Continuing or changing the resources used
    • Possibility to terminate or extend the contract
