As the lead digital agency for Dr. Beckmann, Triplesense Reply conceptualized and recreated the web portal of the cleaning specialist – and developed a uniform brand experience for all devices.
Spilling is particularly allowed as users can find the correct cleaning agent for different stains on the new website of Dr. Beckmann any time. On dr-beckmann.de, interested users can find tips and information about cleaning textiles and their household – also via smartphones and tablets.
The German website of Dr. Beckmann was newly conceptualized and implemented with responsive design by Triplesense Reply. The lead digital agency for the provider of special cleaning agents successfully created a uniform brand experience for all devices. Also new are the product reviews of the users and the optimized “Stain Detective” tool, which are integrated into the website. Furthermore, the digital specialist from Frankfurt revised the navigation and interaction concept of the site to give the stain-plagued a quicker overview of the assortment, easier “findability” of matching products and the ability to order online directly.
Triplesense Reply won Dr. Beckmann as a new client in a pitch in 2013. The cooperation has been planned for the long-term: The next step is to roll out the redesign for Dr. Beckmann websites in Italy, Spain and Finland. The Swiss Dr. Beckmann website is already online.
