Spike Reply in collaboration with IBM organised the event Security Governance: managing the innovation of SAP Business Suite.

The recent innovation in SAP applications’ world, with the introduction of new software stack (ABAP and Java) and openness to exposed services (Netweaver), led to greater flexibility and standardisation of SAP Business Applications.

This evolution results in risk enhancements related to extensions and new services offered; it is therefore necessary to adopt a Security Governance strategy supported by the use of effective and innovative technological solutions, to protect all the contact points of SAP applications with the outside world.

During the meeting, Spike Reply and IBM proposed, in collaboration with AGLEA, an effective strategy for the development and integration of Data Protection and Identity Governance solutions, orchestrating SAP tools with Corporate Security Governance.

FIAT S.p.A. was present to illustrate and describe their model of Identity Governance, developed and integrated according to the described paradigm.
