Within the Corporate Finance scope, the services offered by Reply mainly include activities related to “due diligence” and business plan drafting, applications /requests of businesses on the occasion of extraordinary transactions or in case of audits related to any value loss of business assets (impairment) linked to the introduction of the IFRS (International Financial Implementation Standards).

Reply mainly operates within the following areas:

• Mergers & Acquisition:
    - Due Diligence activities aimed at carrying out a business assessment in case of acquisition or sell-off to a third-party buyer; o Business Plan Drafting;
    - Assessment of the value loss of business assets (impairment test);
• Support to official listing activities on the organized market managed by Borsa Italiana:
   - Due diligence related to the controlling  system;
   - Business Plan Drafting;
   - Due diligence related to the first year of the business plan (Financial  Coherence, Reliability and Sustainability);
   - Drafting of QMAT (Quotation Management Admission Test);
   - Reliability check of non-accounting information published in the domestic and international record (Prospectus).
• Support to the drafting of business plans required for obtaining alternative sources of financing ;
• Drafting  of reorganization plans compliant with Art. 67 of the new Bankruptcy Law;
