Data Reply, the Reply Company specialising in applying advanced analytics tools and techniques, will participate in the Internet Retailing Conference, which is held at the Novotel West, London, on 5 October 2017.

The conference expects over 1,000 attendees from the most innovative retail, digital and supply chain leaders. It emphasises the importance of collaborating to better understand how to meet the needs of the modern consumer.

In cooperation with Google, Data Reply will run a workshop on how retailers can leverage the potential of Voice. Drawing on recent innovative examples, we will explore how Voice is being used and what impact this could have for multichannel retailers. In this context we will also demonstrate how Voice could be employed to deliver better, more relevant and effective consumer experiences.
