Reply, specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communications channels and digital media, is opening its first Design Thinking Lab for the development of innovative solutions in the area of digital transformation and Industry 4.0 in Guetersloh.
The digital transformation offers new opportunities to companies as well as new challenges for their business. What is needed are new ways of thinking which enable innovation in the use of connected products and provide the basis for new services and business models.
Reply's new Room for Innovations offers a creatively stimulating environment for the development of innovative concepts through the use of the Design Thinking methodology. Design thinking is a comprehensive approach to create solutions by stimulating creativity in working groups of participants from different areas. It is an innovating process that allows the development of new solutions for any given problem. Concepts are created and then revised in various cycles and tested using prototypes. The focus is on users' needs in order to ensure that the final result is tailored to actual user demands.
Reply's Design Thinking Lab offers interested parties and clients the perfect spatial conditions for creative developments and the opportunity to leverage the potential of the Internet of Things (IoT). Reply's experts provide support throughout the idea generation process and in the application of this method, which has already been used successfully in client projects.
