e*finance consulting Reply took part in the retail banking event organised by ABI eventi. The purpose of the meeting was to analyse the complex and detailed process which, from a preliminary analysis of customer needs, leads to the final stages of sale, customer retention, customer experience and customer satisfaction.
On the first day e*finance consulting Reply held a speech titled "Mobile banking: a new experience for the customers", in the afternoon session focused on The front office and the new channel: how change the customer experience.
This was a unique opportunity to discover the results of the ABI research on the objectives and the ways in which Italian banks have maintained a relationship with the market, with a specific reference to the implementation of CRM. The event had a rich agenda full of of influential speakers from universities, Italian and foreign banks, other financial institutions, market leaders, consultants, agencies and research centres.
