Reply took part in the 10th edition of the ABI Lab Forum, an opportunity for banks and companies to meet and discuss the role of ICT in the banking sector.

Reply participated in two parallel sessions on Day 1:

  • 11am: Reply and Intesa Sanpaolo Vita had a speech titled "Multimedia Communication as a motivation and corporate performance improvement tool" during the "New Interaction Models – Integration of channels and customer experience" session;
  • 2pm: Reply had a speech titled "Personal Finance Management" during the "New Interaction Models –Channel Innovation – Self Banking" session.
