HEGOS - ANALYSIS FOR HEALTH GOVERNANCE

Health governance is now an obliged management policy for reconciling increasingly pressing budgetary constraints with people's demand for health. Santer Reply, aware of this need, developed HeGoS (Health Governance Solution), an innovative information system that aims to highlight problems and irregular situations, and provide decision-making analysis tools for Company Management.

THE SOLUTION

The HEGOS solution for overseeing the management of hospitals supports the monitoring processes and the planning and assessment of activities, and allows to meet the following requirements:

• transmit to the general management, the department directors and the managers of the operational units the analysis for the assessment of the overall performance and the phenomena that contribute to its definition;
• be acquainted with the activities of consumption and production centers and perform detailed analysis of the activities' costs;
• manage the process of defining the annual budget and allocate resources on the basis of the planned activities, and not only taking into account the previous periods;

The HEGOS system consists of a set of application modules and provides advanced business intelligence services. All modules feed the directional portal which is the main tool for accessing and distributing information.
