The context of the survey

Key trends (availability of data, growth in computing power, broader access to goods and services, disintermediation and re-intermediation, generational changes…), coupled with new technological developments (artificial intelligence, natural language processing, big data, cloud computing, social network…) have offered a breeding ground for significant technology-driven change in the offering of financial services.

FinTech shapes the current financial sector and gives the opportunity to financial institutions to optimise processes, business models and create competitive advantage to grow their margin and revenues.

Apart from business issues, institutions are also under constant pressure to keep up to speed with an ever-changing regulation framework.
