Reply is taking part in dmexco 2015, the leading international trade fair and conference for the digital economy. With the slogan “Bridging Worlds” dmexco is combining all aspects of the “digiconomy”. Under the motto “Reply – Connected Digital Experience” the specialists from the Reply network are presenting the latest cross-sector developments and IT technologies at dmexco . Reply will focus on humanizing digital, digital transformation, commerce, store and marketing automation at Stand B049 in Hall 6.1. Here professional visitors, clients and journalists can experience how these innovations are successfully used for business.
The Store Corner demonstrates a practical business example of how the Reply Group digitalises the point of sale and links the physical and the digital world with Proximity Commerce. A Design Thinking Corner completes the offering: clients and professional visitors get to know the methodology and discuss approaches with our experts in order to successfully master the digital transformation in businesses.
On 16 September Reply experts are giving professional visitors an exclusive tour of the fair: the BVDW (German Federal Association for the Digital Economy) guided tour “Internet of Things – the new in-store shopping experience”. They will present Reply’s Contextual Marketing solution, which enables the customer to experience an innovative customer journey whilst shopping on their smartphone or tablet. With this, businesses can open direct, tailor-made communication channels. The guided tour lasts around 1 hour and takes place between 11:00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. The meeting point is at the BVDW stand on Messeboulevard, stand A001. Registration via the BVDW website is required.
On the second day of the event, 17 September, Reply is issuing invites to the “Humanizing Digital Experience” work lab: Julia Saswito and Astrid Wunsch from Triplesense Reply present Human Centred Design, demonstrating strategies for long-term success and food for thought with space for dialogue with the participants. At the end of the lab, visitors will evaluate practical examples on their “Humanizing Factor”.
