Bocconi University collaboration with Reply Communities of Practices on Business Process Management

Reply has started a collaboration with Bocconi University of Milan: the Company supports the students of the Business Process Management course (coordinated by professor F. Pennarola) to analyze real case studies related to innovation issues that are relevant to Reply. 

Particularly, Data Driven Customer Engagement, Cybersecurity and Fashion&Luxury Communities of Practices have been involved in this initiative. Each Reply CoP has chosen and defined some topics of interests to start a collaboration with Bocconi students. The activity consists of:

• Accurate analysis of current processes (identifying the State-of-the-Art, pain points, strengths, etc.);
• Identification of the main "improvements points";
• Redesign and modeling of TO BE processes.

Reply supports students in the initial briefing for the start-up of projects / case studies and in the continuous monitoring of student activity, providing targeted support on the issues under examination and collecting evidence and ideas for improvement.

Projects proposed to students are the following:

• Instant lending: benchmark assessment of the most innovative lending processes and evaluation of alternative credit scoring available on the market, with the final aim of defining a best-in-class personal loan selling process,
• Digital onboarding: market assessment and process mapping to define a new current account opening process (speeding up sales and underwriting),
• Cyber threats and e-privacy: Cyber threats affecting operational risk and cyber risk evaluation supporting business planning,
• Fashion traceability: Product journey traceability from prototyping to sales in fashion & luxury,
• Working capital optimization in fashion&luxury
