What does a typical day look like for you?
That's an interesting question. A typical day for me was to proactively follow-up on market risk limits, credit risk limits, compliance issues, etc. The rest of the week was organised with different client meetings. Time was also spent in improving internal processes and management of the French team. My role involved extensive management responsibilities and staying organised was not an option.
What skills did you acquire at Avantage Reply that have helped you throughout your career?
I had the opportunity to deeply improve my knowledge of several regulations. As a Senior Manager, I also learnt key skills such as client prospecting and business development.
What advice do you have for former and/or current consultants and staff?
Patience is the key to success when prospecting new client opportunities. Never give up and learn perseverance.
