Responsibility:

• Discuss business requirements with key stakeholders
• Map and design processes in order to guide the digitalization
• Analyse processes and functionalities in order to propose new technological solutions (RPA)
• Write functional documentation
• Manage user acceptance tests
• Be a continuous learner of new banking innovation and methodologies
• Support the technical team to translate functional requirements into design
• Support the team in delivering the project on time
