DATA SCIENTIST / MACHINE LEARNING EXPERT

A data scientist is someone who makes value out of data. Such a person proactively fetches information from various sources and analyzes it for better understanding about how the business performs, and builds AI tools that automate certain processes within the company.
The business we deal with is the one of the Financial Services. We believe that to be efficient, our data scientist / machine learning expert will need to specialize on the amazing world of the banking and insurance processes.
To build the tools he/she will need to have a team, and we would need him/her help in order to build it.
Furthermore, considering the seniority, he/she will be busy, together with his/her manager, on creating a specific offering for the financial sector and travel around Italy (but not only) for pitches and gather new customers.

Technical competencies we are looking for are related to ML & Big Data

• Good level of knowledge of machine learning and big data topics and technologies;
• Good level of knowledge of Python;
• Good level of knowledge of Apache Hadoop, Spark;
• Knowledge of at least one non-relational DB (MongoDB, CouchDB, Cassandra);
• Good level of knowledge of at least one of the main ML libraries (Tensorflow, Keras, Caffe);
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Maven;
