Logistics Reply provides SGM with a cloud-based, service-oriented software solution which is designed to support the distribution of appliances across the Italian territory. The solution supports the entire SGM distribution network (consisting of Hubs) with: check-in of incoming goods, registration of serial numbers and defects, printing and application of recipient labels, check-out and addressing of packages to end customers. The goal of the project was to implement a triangulation between clients, SGM and suppliers: the order is shipped directly from the vendor to the end customer.
