Primark operate over 400 stores 13 countries worldwide.

Since 2017, Retail Reply have supported our client on a programme of work to roll out a Point-of-Sale solution that will transform the entire store estate.

Approach

The programme began with a strategy definition phase where Reply consultants supported our client in capturing global requirements and the initiation of a vendor selection process.​

Following the selection process, Reply Architects have helped in validating the designs for the Global solution and ensuring the solution was able to integrate into a rapidly changing technology landscape. The new solution has now successfully deployed to stores in a number of new markets in Europe and the programme has commenced the global transformation which replaces tills in all stores across all countries.

The results

The solution offers new functionality at point of sale, lays the foundation for exploiting onmi-channel and IOT capabilities in store as well as meeting current fiscal compliance requirements in all markets.
