HIGHLIGHTS

LONDON

  • CLOUD

Companies have to be more innovative than ever before. The discipline of integration is at the core of many organisations already, providing critical infrastructure in both the successful operation of businesses and Digital Transformation. The prominence of integration is increasing as the scope and scenarios get more complex. In response to this, there are many changes occurring in the industry. With some clients testimonials, we will discuss some of the emerging trends and different ways in which organisations are facing technology problems and organising themselves around integration.

  • DATA
    ROBOTICS

Chatbots are gradually invading every aspect of our lives: from buying books to ordering food or booking a taxi, from getting our daily news brief to finding out about the weather or even putting on our favourite music and controlling every electric appliance in our house. It is happening and it is happening fast! Slowly, but surely, soon enough chatbots will be invading more and more aspects of our lives. But what is a chatbot really? What are the challenges in creating and what marketing opportunities do they offer. More importantly, what are their limitations: other than responding to our utterances or guiding us towards a certain objective can these software agents really “think” as we do? How can we make them think? Find out more at the upcoming Xchange conference.

  • DESIGN
    &
    DELIVERY

At Reply Xchange, we will give an overview on current and future delivery models describing the new paradigms of Agile Framework and Continuous Delivery by combining methodologies with micro-services, cloud, continuous integrations and developments. Knowing how to govern an initiative requires adequate tools, multidisciplinary skills as well as being able to identify the right skills and the correct attitudes of project members. The session will provide some case examples and will show how this discipline is evolving, and how Reply is innovative in this context as well.

  • RETAIL
    &
    COMMERCE

The removal of the need for physical spaces in commerce has substantially changed the customer-retailer relationship model, making it ever more demand-sensitive and intermediated by digital technologies. Digital transformation affects a business’s very structure and the metrics it uses to assess its operations, enlivening both its physical and digital presence. User experience is also changing as a result of modifications to company strategies, user behaviour and in the evolution of devices. The shop of the future is a place that is both physical and virtual, where customers search for and select products to purchase, use a secure method of payment and decide on the specific time of collection, whether from the store or by means of delivery to their homes.
