COVID-19 has brought unprecedented human and humanitarian challenges. Many companies, including Data Reply have acted swiftly to safeguard the teams by introducing new ways of working and collaborating from anywhere.
This year, Reply had its first ever fully digital Xchange taking place from the 13th - 17th July 2020. We are proud to say that Data Reply was named as the #1 Best Place to Work at Reply UK during Xchange 2020. We are very intentional about creating and maintaining a great workplace and being recognised for that (two times in a row!) is an incredible honour.
For their Creative Challenge this year, Replyers were asked to create a generative art project from scratch over a period of 48 hours. Of course, Data Reply could not resist signing up a team for this data-based challenge.
The team dressed up to celebrate Christmas, medieval style. We drank soup straight from the bowl, with bottomless ale in pots, table bashing, roast dinner and most importantly, some fun dancing.
Data Reply flew from London to South of Sardinia, Italy, for a weekend team building retreat. The trip was full of adventure, cycling through the mountains, valleys, coast and villages of Sardinia over three days and camped for a night in the jungle.
Data Reply UK collaborated with Blue Reply to participate in Reply’s first hackathon of the year. Taking place in Prague, the team had to solve the Airbus challenge using quantum computing technologies.
Data Reply had an evening of fun Social Darts to celebrate the arrival of the new year. The team headed to Flight Club, London’s popular and modern venue where the team had fun playing new dart games to the old 501.
