The Team & Shift module is intended to manage operational staff and their availability based on the work timetable established for the warehouse or production plant.
This module, which is integrated with the Manpower Planning module and Time & Attendance systems, consists of a monitoring tool that provides a snapshot of daily performance in terms of planned, scheduled and available resources, alerting you to the need for extra resources or to any surpluses.
It consists of four basic functions:
It allows you to enter the details of work shifts, their structure, operational staff, work teams into which they are organised and reason codes used to identify work-related events.
It allows the operations manager to define the work calendar, scheduled closures and staff holidays.
This function is used to schedule work shifts based on the established calendar, associating the work units or teams with the various shifts. The result of this step is a definition of the production capacity (or availability) per working day within each shift. Real-time monitoring of resources (planned, scheduled, absent, available, necessary) completes the operational function.
The Reporting tool allows you to produce the main reports on scheduling, existing changes, the need for resources, absences, overtime, delays.
