Reply, specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on digital media and new communication channels, has once again been positioned within the “Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems 2015, World Wide” by leading ICT Analyst Gartner.
Gartner defines a warehouse management system (WMS) as “a software application that helps manage the operations of a warehouse or distribution center (DC)”. The overall WMS market breaks down into five types of vendors, three of which are covered in the Gartner WMS Magic Quadrant: application megasuite vendors, supply chain management (SCM) vendors and specialist WMS vendors. To be included in the 2015 WMS Magic Quadrant, a vendor must have a credibile WMS product that fundamentally supports core WMS capabilities and supports some extended capabilities. Furthermore the vendor must exhibit a vision for WMS in at least moderately complex warehouse environments.
