The Operation module is the heart of the Labour Management system; its primary purpose is to monitor precisely the association of the models described with the activity progress reports received from the operational systems (Click Reply WM, Time & Attendance). It also includes the recording function for the final statements of indirect tasks. This applies to any tasks not automatically managed by external systems.
The module consists of the following main functions:
It allows you to search, analyse and enter final statements of indirect activities. Click Reply™ Labour Management typically receives, via interface from a Time & Attendance system, details of events connected with operational processes. The Click Reply™ WMS itself is able to track and send these events.
It allows the direct activities carried out on operational systems, and their associations with the models defined for each individual work and task, to be analysed based on the events intercepted. The system analytically reconstructs the dates and times of each task, together with qualitative information and the identity of the person who performed it, providing detailed and overall visibility of the actual time taken, the target times calculated and the performance achieved.
This component allows push notifications to be sent to the operator performing the activity on the WMS. In particular, the operator can determine the goal time for the work as soon as he takes over the task, as well as the remaining time, feedback on the performance he achieved during and on completion of the work.
Specific monitoring alerts you to any inconsistencies or missing information not received from the WMS system.
Individual workers can access a private area with dashboards, graphs and summary reports containing accurate and objective information about the performance they have achieved.
