Dock Management is the module used to manage and control operations at the loading/unloading doors.

LOADING AND UNLOADING

Click Reply™ YM displays and manages all loading/unloading operations at the dock doors. The system is also designed to manage individual transport documents and packages that are loaded/unloaded. In order to allow detailed monitoring of all time-critical operations and lead times, it is possible to track docking operations and the start/end of loading/unloading operations. Dashboards can be used to provide information on the current situation at the dock doors and queues, ensuring that operations are properly balanced.

CALLING DRIVERS

Drivers in the queue, waiting to perform loading/unloading operations, can be called via special monitors rather than pagers, which they can be given when they check in.

WEIGHING/SEALING/UNSEALING

Management includes weighing, sealing and unsealing trailers. When removing seals, the system can check whether the seal matches the information held.
