SOLUTION

Interspar App is the key mobile connection for Interspar clients.  Born in 2015 based on the application for point collections, it evolved in order to represent the one-stop-shopping application for all Interspar services. For this project Aktive Reply implemented AEM templates and components in order to manage editorial and marketing content consumed by navite mobile apps (android and iOS). The Mobile app integrates AEM content using a custom interface layer implemented ad hoc for this solution. The application now has new functionalities like a digital vouchers section, push notifications templates in app and a redesign of the menu navigation. Through app integration, focused on the customer royalty program, Aktive Reply also implemented a custom worflow process to manage push notifications to the mobile devices.

    INTERSPAR

    Spar, is a Dutch multinational retail chain and franchise brand with approximately 12,500 stores in 35 countries worldwide. It was founded in 1932 by Adriaan van Well. Through its affiliate organisations, Spar operates through most European countries, parts of Africa, Asia and Oceania. Its headquarters are in Amsterdam. In Italy, the name is Despar, though in keeping with the international branding, the "Spar" section of the logo is highlighted, and the larger stores are called Eurospar and Interspar.
