Reply developed a customizable integration layer that seamlessly syncs leads between Dealer Portal and CRM, ensuring that all leads generated from the Portal is collected and processed within CRM lead management process, familiar to dealers, implementing a secure hub of server-to-server web services secured by OAUTH2 authentication and hosted on FCA’s Azure infrastructure.
